Vita Libera Pinot Grigio is a carefully crafted alcohol-free wine made from quality Sicilian Pinot Grigio grapes. The wine is first produced in the traditional way, then gently dealcoholised using a vacuum evaporation technique that removes the alcohol at low temperature, preserving the fresh, fruity character of the original wine.

Straw yellow in colour, it offers an aromatic bouquet of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and lychee, with bright citrus notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, supple and refreshing, delivering a clean, well-balanced finish without any alcohol.
