Solara Rosé is a bright, fruit-forward Romanian rosé made in a clean, modern style. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it delivers lively berry flavours with refreshing acidity and an easy-drinking, summery character.

In the glass it shows a very pale pink colour with subtle purple touches. The nose is packed with aromas of strawberry and cranberry, while the palate offers crisp red-fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Light and refreshing, it finishes clean and lively with a gentle touch of roundness.

Sushi, Thai red curry prawns, grilled swordfish or relaxed summer barbecues.
