Solara Orange is a characterful skin-contact white wine made with minimal intervention in Romania’s Viile Timișului region. Crafted from a blend of Riesling, Muscat Ottonel and Sauvignon Blanc, it combines aromatic intensity with structure and freshness.
In the glass it shows a dark straw colour with gentle orange hues. The nose offers an elegant mix of quince, Williams pear and a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate it is complex and structured, with discreet stone-fruit flavours, firm yet balanced tannins and a long, persistent finish. Fresh, pure and vibrant, it is a true expression of natural winemaking.

Textured and layered with gentle aromatics, firm structure and lively, refreshing acidity.

Hard and semi-hard cheeses, turbot, tuna steak or roast chicken.
