Osborne Coquinero Fino is a classic example of Spain’s most delicate style of Sherry. Aged under a protective layer of flor yeast in the traditional solera system, it develops its signature freshness, savoury character and distinctive tangy finish.
Expect aromas of green apple, toasted almonds and fresh bread dough, with subtle hints of sea salt and herbs. On the palate it’s bone dry, light and vibrant, with a clean, zesty edge that makes it incredibly food-friendly.
