Ingenium Pet Nat Blanco is a lively, organic pétillant-naturel from one of Rioja’s most respected biodynamic producers. Made from Garnacha Blanca using the ancestral method, it’s bottled while fermentation is still underway to create a gently sparkling wine with pure, natural character.

Bursting with fresh aromas of pear, apple and elderflower, it offers a bright, lightly sweet palate with refreshing fizz and a crisp, easy-drinking finish. Unfiltered, with no added sulphur or sugar, it’s as authentic and minimal-intervention as sparkling wine gets.

Lightly effervescent, fresh and aromatic with vibrant orchard-fruit flavours and a playful, natural sparkle.

Perfect with:
Ceviche, fresh salads, salami or simple sharing plates.
