As part of Ruddington’s celebrations marking 40 years of twinning with Grenay, we’re hosting a special French wine and cheese tasting — the perfect excuse to open some great bottles and do things properly.
Join us for a guided tasting where we pair classic (and not-so-classic) French wines with their perfect cheese matches. Expect everything from crisp, mineral whites to deeper, more structured reds — all alongside a proper spread of French cheeses that show exactly why this pairing is so iconic.
We’ll talk you through each wine and why it works with the cheese — nothing too serious, just a chance to discover some great combinations and enjoy it.
Whether you know your Brie from your Comté or just like eating and drinking nice things, you’ll be very welcome.
